IHOP National Pancake Day Celebration

Cupcakes, pancakes – we love everything with the word “cake” in it.

On March 1, head over to your local IHOP for a free short stack of pancakes. All that is suggested is that you donate to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals or other charities. Sounds like a win-win!

Yes, it is still snowy, but a trip to New Orleans is going to take too long. How about a little party and revelry right here in our own back yard?

I remember when Mary Poppins came out on the big screen when I was little. It really was the big screen – we saw it at the local drive-in.

Yes, we had to put up with this at intermission time, but the movie was worth it. Great songs – we got the album a bit after and memorized “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” and  ”A Spoon Full of Sugar.”
